In partnership with military education centers on O`ahu, Hawai’i
Pacific University has established a National Test Centers
(NTC) on Tripler Education Center. We offer all 34 e-based CLEP
exams and results are available as soon as the exam is completed. HPU
also offers 37 DSST exams, computer-based certification exams such as
NREMT, AMT, PTCB, CompTIA, Cisco, and many others. The on-base test centers
are staffed with trained Test Administrators to help our military
students through the testing process. The past year, Excelsior and GMAT
examinations have been added to the program. This initiative allows
students to conduct more timely degree completion planning and assists
in accelerated degree completion. Please note that Hawai'i Pacific University accepts no more than 36 semester hours of credit earned through CLEP or any other type of credit by examination process.

The administrative fee for
non-DANTES covered candidates remains at $20. Presently College Board
charges $80 for CLEP exams and Prometric $80 for DSSTs. The exam fees are
subject to change.
